MIS and reduction screws are available in a titanium head, and double lead and cortical cancellous thread patterns.

Our polyaxial open screws are available in both a COCR and titanium tulip head with multiple thread options (cortical cancellous and double lead).

Cannulated screw options starting at 5.5mm are available upon request for all screw options and thread forms.

MIS screws are available in 5.5, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, and 8.5mm diameters, and up to 55mm in length. All screw options longer than 55mm are available upon request.

Screw diameters starting at 9.0, 9.5, 10.0, 10.5, 11.0, 11.5, 12.0, and 12.5 are also available, upon request.

The innovative Swedge™ accommodates multiple rods in a single-screw tulip with single locking cap to provide intra-operative versatility in one complete system. With rod sizes of 5.5mm (and 4.75mm and 5.0mm, pending clearance), Swedge™ boasts a smaller tulip with Ti and COCR options and three-rod capability in one tulip. The unique transition rod boasts a 4.75 to 5.0 to 5.5mm rod diameter segment with no stress risers or junctions at the transitions, which allows for less intra-operative fiddle factor (pending clearance).

The gradual taper between sections minimizes stress risers for greater strength and durability, delivering more flexibility and less interoperative fiddle factor. Locking Cap

One-of-a-kind, the locking cap allows surgeons to compress and distract with the cap in place before final locking.

Innovative One-step Locking Cap

The SRI signature one-step locking cap changes the screw from polyaxial to monoaxial, while still allowing the rod to freely translate. One-of-a-kind, the locking cap allows surgeons to compress and distract with the cap in place before final locking. All screws accommodate the same rod sizes (5.5mm, and 4.75mm and 5.0mm, pending clearance), as well as transition rods (5.5mm, and 4.75mm and 5.0mm, pending clearance).

Cross-Link

Each autonomously functioning arm remains parallel on the rod–even when the rods are at different angles.

The pinnacle of the Swedge™ system is the inventive cross-link, which fully expands in three convenient sizes: small,  28-34mm; medium, 33-43mm; and large, 43-64mm. Both arms are fully articulated, allowing surgeons to accommodate diverging rods without having to bend the cross-link, providing more capability and reduced fiddle factor.

Thanks to the cross-link’s superior angulation, each autonomously functioning arm remains parallel on the rod–even when the rods are at different angles. Because the cross-link doesn’t have to bend, this delivers greater holding force, which minimizes stress risers and enhances strength and durability.
